DHS – Danese Hydrocooling Systems allows you to considerably extend the life of the product (shelf-life), delaying its deterioration, improving its healthiness, freshness, organoleptic characteristics and quality over time.
All of this thanks to a system of treatment of the fruit and vegetables that through refrigerated water, suitably filtered and with latest-generation purification systems treated with ozone, rapidly lowers the temperature of the product, at the same time carrying out a washing of the same by eliminating bacteria, viruses, molds and most of the chemical contaminants such as pesticide residues.
